I took a variety of courses with Lavie and the Society for Urban Agriculture, from the basics of growing vegetables to pesticides and pests. The experience led me to a hydroponic and horticultural adventure that I really enjoy. I moved full and today I am already experimenting with germinating micro-vegetables for growing lettuce in the cellar and tomatoes on the roof!

I did the urban agriculture course. Omar was an excellent instructor, I came out of this course with a lot of knowledge on how to grow food myself in a Tel Aviv home! The course was both practical and theoretical and we learned about the basics of growing food in the city and in general.
